The offer and the sale of products on our web site ” Tricatel.com ” are governed by the present General terms of sale. Products bought on Tricatel.com are directly sold by Tricatel, 6 André Messager, 75018 Paris, France.
Tricatel sale on Tricatel.com products and practices its own activity of e-commerce exclusively towards the “final consumer”. By “final consumer”, is indicated every natural person who do not operates for any activity of company or professional. If you are not a “final consumer”, we invite you to abstain from concluding commercial transactions on Tricatel.com. ARTICLE 1 – PRICE
The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes inclusive except contribution to costs of processing and shipping. These prices are communicated in Euros with the conversion in currencies.
In the event of order towards a country other than the Metropolitan France you are the importer of the products concerned. For all the products dispatched except European Union and Dom-Tom, the price will be calculated net of tax automatically on the invoice. All the orders have to be paid in Euros.

ARTICLE 4 – AVAILABILITY
Our offers of products are proposed within the limit of stocks available. Make sure of the exactitude of your coordinates: name, addresses and telephone number. When a product is not available any more, this one posts OUT OF STOCK and it is not possible any more for you to order it. ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY
Products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the process of order. We do our utmost for the delivery intervenes within 24 hours in 3 days for the orders to metropolitan France and EU, for the rest of the world the delivery deadline is the one of the national carrier.
Possibility of retreat articles to Tricatel office at 6 André Messager, 75018 Paris, between 10.30 am and 6 pm, any delivery charges won’t be counted you.

Simple Colissimo contractually connects Tricatel.com with The Post office for the France shipment. For the shipments in EU and rest of the world, Tricatel uses the services of the Post office.
The delivery charges are automatically calculated as soon as you finalize your shopping cart and appear in the total to pay. Customs charges and others in the country of arrival are in charge to the buyer. In case of loss or of deterioration of the product during the transport, the customer will have to inform the carrier immediately.

All the orders sent in France and in EU are expressed in Euros all taxes inclusive, with the rates of the current VAT in France.
Tricatel.com will proceed the payment with Paypal, where it will be coded and secured.

ARTICLE 7 – RETURN / EXCHANGE
Tricatel makes a commitment to supply you products of high quality. If you are not satisfied with the products, Tricatel makes a commitment to exchange it to you or to pay off it to you. The return of the goods (shipping and taxes) will be at your charge. You have a deadline of 7 days as from the date of reception to send back to us the products.
Damaged or incomplete articles will not be taken back and will have returned to you as is, at your charge.
Returned parcel non-identified can be sent back to their sender.
The settled sold products or on special offer will be neither exchanged nor paid off.
